The morning meal was à la Lenkerhof and we savoured it to the full. After all, we want to tank up on energy to be able to tackle the 122 kilometres. There were only metres in altitude at the end of the tour, most of it was flat. Today it was quite cool but pleasant on the road because of the holiday (Easter Sunday) the traffic was moderate and not a single truck could be seen. The highlight of the tour was reaching the highest point with a magnificent view of Trieste. We liked the city incredibly well and it reminded us a lot of Vienna. It's a pity that we could only be here for a few hours...
